As for how you can use all of these.
The first sitter is the female she will be the main focus.

Easy Setup Feature - Once rezzed there is a prim that will show you the correct height and distance form the wall. Align the top of the curtain to the top of the window and then select EDIT LINKED - Click on the setup prim and move that to the floor base. Once completed - Sit on the curtains and select Textures - Select "Align Prim" and that will hide the alignment prim
To adjust the width. Select the rod while in edit linked mode and resize the width as desired. Select each curtain while still having Edit Linked Checked and move to the correct position.
